So with over 300+ people turning out at the event, the DCD'12 was definitely a success. What was overwhelming to see was the feedback that people gave. Without much ado, here's what people had to say:

Most great open source products fail. Actually, all software products eventually decompose into a manure of bits and bytes, ideas and libraries, which feed the next crop of innovation.
The venue for the event is JNU Convention Center, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. The nearest metro station is the Hauz Khas station.

About BoF
"Birds of a Feather" (BoF) sessions are openly scheduled, topical discussion-based sessions . The idea of BOF has been taken from DrupalCon.
BoFs allow ad-hoc groups to meet and discuss issues that may have a more narrow interest than regular conference sessions, or get together as a group of like-minded individuals to talk about common problems.

If you are going to attend the "Drupal in a Day" training session planned during DCD then please come with your own Laptop with MySQL, Apache and PHP installed and configured.
If you are using windows then follow the below instructions to install and configure WAMP Server which is a nice utility that has Apache, MySQL and PHP pre-configured. All you need to do is install this software and you are read to start creating awesome websites in Drupal.
1. First download WAMP Server on your windows machine.
